Westbrook Court Country House is a rambling 17th-century stone farmhouse and contemporary guest house, set within three private acres near Hay-on-Wye.


Available exclusively to only one group at a time, the house has been designed around one simple idea: bringing people together without requiring everyone to be together all the time.


There are nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a collection of generous shared spaces across the farmhouse and guest house, accommodating up to 21 adults, with additional children's beds available by arrangement.

At the heart of Westbrook Court is our dramatic double-height dining hall,where your whole group can sit around one table.


Beyond it are several very different living spaces: a relaxed main sitting room, our mid-century inspired vinyl LP, Cocktail & Library room for records, reading and cocktails, a separate TV room and smaller sitting areas within the guest suites.


Our large country kitchen is designed for group catering, with four ovens, five induction hobs, two dishwashers, extensive preparation space and plenty of refrigeration - equally suited to enthusiastic home cooks or a private chef.
