Please find below full directions to find us (screen shot to send to all travellers please) and to avoid a wrong route as your SATNAV will take you elsewhere.  Please close the top gate on entry and exit to Westbrook.

From Hay on Wye town centre – about 5-7 minutes

Take the Cusop exit B4348 towards Bredwardine along the Hardwicke Road. This route starts from the Blue Boar pub and the town carpark. After approximately 2 miles take the right hand turn B4348 which is signposted Dorstone and Peterchurch and “The Pandy Inn”. (If you pass Clifford school on your left you have gone too far, turn around). After turning onto the B4348, set your milometer and follow the road for exactly 1.5 miles where our property will be found on the left hand side past Hardwicke Hall and Church, the sandstone Westbrook Manor, the black and white Tudor house, and Westbrook Court is the next house. We have a large red brick and timber barn at the front, with our wisteria clad farmhouse down a slight incline. We have two driveways, please use the open one with stone gates and balls on top. Please park around the front of our house, near the red brick barn.

From Hereford - about 35 minutes

Exit West on A438 from Hereford signposted towards Brecon and past the turnoffs to Staunton on Wye. Head past Oakchurch farmshop on your right hand side and a couple of minutes, there is a left hand turn signposted Bredwardine. Take this and go over Bredwardine Bridge. At the T junction with Red Lion Inn in front of you, turn right and follow the B4352 along the winding roads past Clifford Primary School on your right. Take the next left after the school, signposted to Dorstone and Peterchurch. From the M4 – about an hour.

Cross the Severn Bridge and Toll booths, keeping on the M4. At the Newport exit, take the A449 towards Abergavenny, and this leads onto the A40 off to the left. At Abergavenny, you don’t need to go into the town centre, just take the A465 towards Hereford. You will pass the Pontrilis timber mill on your left, keep going. There is a petrol station on the left a few minutes further on. Take this left road B4348. It goes through Kingstone, Vowchurch, Peterchurch and Dorstone. (Please beware of the twists and turns, and of overtaking even on straight roads). After leaving Dorstone, you will go through The Bage (barns on either side) until you reach an upward hill, and after the peak, there are two right hand roads (and a bus stop) signposted Middlewood. Keep straight on and Westbrook Court is the first house on the right after the second turnoff and bus stop to Middlewood. If you drive past Hardwicke Hall and Church, you have gone too far.
